Met deze oefening richt je vooral op de rectus femoris en vastus medialis (de binnenkant van je quadriceps) In deze video laat ik een paar puntjes zien die bij mensen nog wel eens fout kunnen gaan. ✅ Om een zo groot mogelijke beweging te kunnen maken en een maximale stretch uit de quadriceps te kunnen halen is het belangrijk om de ROM-hendel ver genoeg te zetten. ✅ Houd je vast! La barra debe apoyarse en la zona frontal de los hombros, justo sobre las clavículas y los deltoides anteriores. Mantén los brazos extendidos al frente a la altura de los hombros, con las manos abiertas (como si fueras un zombie 🧟‍♂️). Esto te ayuda a equilibrar y evita que te inclines hacia adelante. 2️⃣ Alineación corporal: Activa el core (abdomen) y mantén el torso erguido. 🔺REACTION🔺 In diesem Video sieht man Mesut Özil beim Bankdrücken mit 130 kg für fünf Wiederholungen – auffällig ist, dass er die Hantel nur bis zum 90-Grad-Winkel im Ellbogengelenk absenkt. Wichtig vorab: Ich weiß natürlich nicht, warum er das so macht. Vielleicht gibt es eine Vorgeschichte, vielleicht ist es eine bewusste Entscheidung. Mein Ziel ist es nicht, das schlechtzureden, sondern euch als professioneller Coach die möglichen Gründe und Hintergründe dafür zu erklären. 🔍 Warum trainieren viele nur bis 90°? 👉 Mobilität: Manche haben eingeschränkte Schultermobilität oder eine Verletzung, die sie davon abhält, tiefer zu gehen. 👉 Ego: Gerade am Anfang der Trainingskarriere lässt sich in diesem Bewegungsradius mehr Gewicht drücken. Später fällt es schwer, das Gewicht zu reduzieren, um einen vollständigen Bewegungsradius zu trainieren. ❗️Das Problem: Die tiefliegenden Schulterstabilisatoren, wie die Rotatorenmanschette, arbeiten am intensivsten im unteren Teil der Bewegung. Wenn du irgendwann doch tiefer gehst – sei es durch eine unkontrollierte Abwärtsbewegung oder eine Gewichtssteigerung – können genau diese Muskeln überfordert werden.
