When was the last time you truly paused—closed the laptop, stopped checking emails, took a deep breath, and allowed yourself to just be?🥹🌱🧘🏼‍♀️🪷 Being part of the Banyan Tree Connections Wellbeing Programme at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru in the Maldives, was exactly that for me—a return to presence, to self, and to what really matters. During the retreat, we journeyed through eight powerful pillars of wellbeing: growth, practice, connection, nourishment, movement, groundedness, rest, and mindfulness. Each moment, through soulful yoga, deep meditation, sound healing sessions, conscious movement, and nourishing meals—was a beautiful invitation to slow down, reconnect, and realign. It was nothing short of magical, a journey inward that reminded me that true wellbeing begins within.
