Packing each spoon full of soup with a delicious bite and creamy texture! #cabotcreamery #cabotpartner What you need: 3 tbsp butter 1 medium onion 3 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 1/4 cup flour 5 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken broth 3 cups broccoli 1 cup carrots 8 oz block of Cabot's Extra Sharp Yellow Cheddar, shredded 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 - 2 tsp dijon mustard
go to lunch atm 🍔🥗 What you need: Romain lettuce 1 lb ground beef 1 Roma tomato chopped 1 small onion chopped Pickles chopped Sharp cheddar 1 serving golden potatoes, halved or quartered Sauce: 1/4 cup mayo 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp dijon mustard Salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder 1-2 tbsp pickle juice Water to thin it out for desired consistency Airfryer potatoes: Season potatoes with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, & paprika. Drizzle with olive oil and mix to get everything coated. Then fry 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Optional: after cutting, boil the potatoes for 5 minutes in salted water. Let cool completely before adding seasonings and olive oil. This helps add a crunch! Ground beef: Sautéed ground beef with 2 cloves garlic, 2 tsp Worcestershire, 1/4 tsp each salt, pepper, onion powder.
