Moisten the Cake: * Place the first cake layer on your serving dish and pour 1/2 cup of milk over it. 2. Prepare the Cheesecake Cream: * Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add Chantilly cream powder, 200ml milk, and condensed milk. Whip again until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cake layer. 3. Make the Ganache: * Mix 180g melted chocolate with 170g reduced-fat cream until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake layer. 4. Coat the Rice Bubbles: * In a large container, pour 180g melted milk chocolate over 2 cups of Rice Bubbles. Close the lid and shake to coat. Add 3 tbsp cocoa powder, shake again until fully covered. 5. Finish the Cake: * Spread the chocolate-coated Rice Bubbles over the ganache layer. 6.
