Shop my bubble plates from wallaabueid.com or link in bio 🥰 Baked cheesecake with blueberry topping Ingredients: Base - 1 packet (400g) digestive biscuit - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon - 100g melted butter Cheese layer: - 500g cream cheese - 2 tbsp plain flour - 1 tbsp vanilla extract/ imitation - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 1/4 cups sugar - 125 g sour cream - 3 eggs Blueberry sauce - 1 cup frozen blueberry - 2 tbsp sugar Method： （Biscuit layer） - Preheat oven to 160°c - blitz biscuits in a food - processor till they turn into crumbs - add melted butter, cinnamon and blitz till fully incorporated - pour into springform tin - and spread out over base andup the sides of the tin （Cheese layer） - using a mixer, beat cheeseuntil smooth - add flour, vanilla, sugar，sour cream and salt and mixjust until they’re incorporated - add eggs one at a time, mixing in between just until incorporated（don’tover-beat) - Pour over prepared biscuit Layer and place in the oven for 45mins to 1hr（45 mins if your tin is big, 1 hr in your tin is smaller) Touch centre gently with fingers and make sure it’s just firm like the edges - cool cake in the oven with the door open till completely cooled - refrigerate for at least 4hours or overnight （Blueberry layer） - add blueberries and sugar to saucepan and mix on medium heat till sugar melts - keep stirring till the sugary syrup thickens and blueberries blister - set aside till it cools then add on top of cheesecake - enjoy！ Tag someone who needs to make this for you! 😉 #bakedcheesecake #cheesecakerecipe #blueberrycheesecake

Before praying, they perform wudu (ablution), a ritual cleansing that involves washing the hands, mouth, nose, face, arms, head, and feet. This purification is necessary unless one remains in a state of ritual purity from the previous prayer. If wudu is invalidated (e.g., by sleeping, using the bathroom, or other factors), it must be redone before the next prayer. So having a space like this is so important and allows us to pray comfortably if a prayer time falls when we’re at the shops. The walk from our hotel to the masjid of the Prophet Mohammad pbuh 🥹 the most beautiful walk ever! We stayed at @Pullman Zamzam Madina , which was very close to the front of the masjid and the green dome. The perfect mango dessert right here! Citrus mango fluffti is out of this world - just the perfect combination of flavours!! Love how the bubble plates elevated the dessert 😍 Shop bubble plates from wallaabueid.com (or link in bio) - 30% of profits donated to 🇵🇸 Citrus mango fluffti recipe: Ingredients: (To make a medium size tray) - 1 packet milk biscuits - 1 packet lemon jelly (and enough boiling water to dissolve it) - 2 mangoes - 600ml thickened cream - 2 tosp sugar for cream + 2 tosp sugar for custard - 3 tbsp custard powder - 500ml (2 cups) milk for custard + extra 1 cup milk for dipping Method: - Prepare lemon cream: Dissolve jelly in just enough boiling water until the jelly crystals dissolve. Set aside until the jelly slightly cools down (but before it solidifies). Place cream, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form. Add jelly to cream and mix until just incorporated. - Heat dipping milk until warm, dip biscuits it in for a few seconds and layer at the base of tray. Repeat till you get two layers of biscuits - Slice mangoes and add over layer of biscuits - Prepare custard: follow packet instructions (dissolve custard powder and sugar in milk, place on medium heat, whisking continuously until it starts to thicken) - Pour custard over mango layer. Pipe or spread cream on top. - Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs and enjoy!
