and her insulin pump got ripped out less than 24hrs later by her Dad’s dog 🫠 It was a freak accident! While at her Dad’s this past weekend, Addie was laying on the floor and the dog stepped on her in excitement while running to the door bc the doorbell rang. The dogs claw managed to catch the edge of her pod just enough to rip out the cannula while the rest of the pod was unmoved! I think it failed bc the insulin in the pod was super low like under 9 units.
