cottage cheese cheesy breakfast buns👩🏼🍳 450ml water 1 tsp yeast 400g cottage cheese 750g flour 2 tbsp olive oil cheese (we used about 300g for both the dough & topping all together) mix all ingredients together & leave the dough in room temperature for at least 3-4 hours - the dough should double in size! make little rolls, top with cheese & bake at 200 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes depending on how many rolls you made. these are SO GOOD to batch make if you have little ones, they can be frozen for at least 3 months & whenever you want to use them just pop them in the fridge overnight & then put them in the oven for a couple of minutes when you’re ready to eat🩷
