Day 17 - Just a quick clarification: I’ve been getting lots of DMs and comments asking if I’ve seen results from this challenge. I joined mostly for fun and consistency. I only do the 3 sets for the videos and to keep it going. That said, it does burn and I definitely feel it in my legs, but most of my soreness and progress comes from my regular training. I go to the gym 6 days a week where I lift weights and run, and I also train at home with dumbbells. Thanks to all your suggestions, I’ll start sharing more of my full workouts. Both at home and at the gym! Lastly, my goal here is to inspire and support other women on their fitness journeys. Unfortunately, I’ve received some inappropriate and disrespectful messages.
