So many people look at me and think that jumping on a cliff is the scariest thing I've ever done but in reality there was nothing scarier than when I first started feeling anxious in high school - scared and completely alone. It wasn't until @Bell Let’s Talk Day back in 2017 that I realized so many other people my age, younger than me and older than me were feeling the exact same.
