Even though this is showcasing a physical transformation, the biggest transformation for me has been my mindset and confidence shift. Although in the first clip I was still far into my fitness journey, there was so much knowledge I was yet to learn and to know what was best for my body. Here’s my go to glutes and hammies workout that neverrrr fails me. I’ve been basically doing this workout consistently for 2 years now whilst utilising progressive overload and my glutes have progressed so much😅 I always keep to this structure in my workouts as I find it most effective in terms of getting the most out of my workout I possibly can and ensures I can progress each week: 1️⃣start with compound movements (rdls, Hipthrusts, squats etc) as these require the most energy usually and engages multiple muscle groups and joints simultaneously 2️⃣move onto unilateral movements (step ups, lunges, split squats etc) as these involve using one side of the body at a time which can help reduce imbalances and are super important in building a well balanced physique 3️⃣lastly I go into isolation movements (hamstring curl, leg extension, kick backs etc) as they focus on targeting and isolating a particular muscle and can accelerate hypertrophy within a particular muscle My workout programmes on @evolveyou all follow this way of training and I have found it personally to be most effective in growing my glutes and other areas of my body too😅 use code MIA to get money off all subscriptions and come join my programme!
