going into this there was only one thing I knew, if I kept showing up for myself… results would have to come SOMEDAY. I didn’t know when, there wasn’t a definite timeline but I kept showing up. I’m so grateful for the journey because it’s built so much more confidence in myself that I can make a promise & stick to it! “How did you slim your arms?” There’s no way to spot reduce fat! Don’t fall into fads in hopes to change your body quickly. I’ve been slow & steady dropping my overall body fat % as well as building muscle :) My arms simply appear more toned because there’s more muscle there from lifting ( and doing more than 5lb dumbbells 🫠 )

I can’t believe it’s been 8 months since I first made the decision to prioritize my health & start going to the gym for the first time. everything was SO overwhelming at first… in fact I didn’t really start weightlifting consistently until after a few months of just using the treadmill. There was several days where I just showed up & left within a few minutes. The most important thing is that I kept showing up 🤍 Even if you don’t know what your doing this is your sign that if you want to do it FOR YOU, you go this!!
