BREAD PUDDING 😍 Ingredients • 300gr bread • 2 1/2 cups of milk • 28oz condensed milk • 3 eggs • 2 tbsp vanilla extract • 1 cup sugar for the caramel Preparation: • Preheat your oven to 400°F • Blend all of your ingredients except sugar • Use a medium pan over medium high heat and add sugar, let it cook until a deep golden caramel forms • Use an angel cake pan, add caramel and let it cool, then add bread pudding batter • Cover with foil and place cake pan in a large pot with 3 inches of water, cover and bake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick runs clean. The top should be mildly firm to the touch. • Let cool at room temp, refrigerate over night and enjoy!

PROFITEROLES 😍 Ingredients • 8tbsp butter • 1/2 cup milk • 1/2 cup water • 1 cup flour • 2 tbsp sugar • 7 eggs Preparation: • In a sauce pan over medium heat, bring butter milk and water to a boil • Turn off the heat and add flour and sugar, mix with a wooden spoon until you form a paste • Transfer the dough onto a stand mixer with paddle attachment and add the eggs one by one, the dough should be sticky and stretchy (you can also knead them in by hand) • Scoop dough with an ice cream scooper onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. • Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until they’re golden • Let cool completely and fill with ice cream!
