I loved having this last year while traveling in the Gulf, originally South Asian, so I had to learn how to make it at home but with my own twists! Full recipe on the blog as always 🤎 There are some variations I talked about in the blog with this recipe: - caramelizing white sugar at the start and then adding warm water and evaporated milk to the pot - adding a pinch of saffron threads, nutmeg, or cloves for a more spiced taste Also please ignore the different pots used! I realized the clear tea kettle doesn’t work with induction stoves 🫣
why did it take me this long to realize I could lift this up and clean under 🙊🙈 not sure if all indictions are like this but make sure to look into yours first and if its safe before trying
