In response to Mothership's queries, PUB, the national water agency, said works at a construction site along Still Road South damaged a PUB underground water pipe, resulting in water gushing and flooding the nearby roads and surrounding HDB blocks. The damaged pipe is a 300mm potable water pipe that serves the Marine Drive area. A service crew was deployed by PUB to isolate the leak and repair the damage.
