ne of my top spots for dining in Portland—Lechon. ✨ This Peruvian-inspired restaurant has been serving incredible tapas for almost a decade, and truly, nothing on the menu misses. My go-to dishes? The grilled octopus, tuna tartare, and foraged mushrooms on toast. And if you're a steak lover, my boyfriend swears it's the best he's had.
