I have mixed feelings about Hobo Markers or Markal B style markers. They’re fun to write with on freights and similar surfaces and the tags will last for decades. They are a bit of a mess, so it can be challenging to carry them, but they’re about half the price as a normal solid marker. #graffiti #hobomarker

Just got a few Art Primo split solid markers in stock. Looks like they’re splits from Sakura Solid Markers. Pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a split Sakura. I’m more of a one color guy, but I can see the appeal of these. Do you rock split solids or one color? #graffiti #solidmarker

Which cap do you like on Acme Chrome the best? I tested out a few caps to find the best performers on Acme Chrome. Acme is a little on the dustier side of chromes, but it has great coverage and reflective qualities. Here’s what I found: 👉 Lego sprays nice, but a bit too thin for me on chrome. 👉 NY Fat works really nice. A bit on the thinner side for chrome, but definitely worth trying. 👉 Frogger didn’t really perform that well on this can. It’s great on some, but I don’t like it on Acme Chrome. 👉 Pink Dot is probably my favorite. Good mix of coverage while not blasting too much paint. 👉 Astro Fat sprayed nice, but was pretty messy. Lots of splatter on my gloves while spraying. 👉 Lighting Cap is pretty fun, but pales in comparison to the Lightning Cap / Burner Chrome combo. #graffiti #acmechrome

The Variator Cap is a bit of a weird one, but I’m finding it really useful. When opened all the way, it fills very fast and it great for color fades. Then when you need to fill in tight areas, you can turn it down and get really fine details. #graffiti #graffiticaps

Trying out this teal streak from Art Primo for the first time. It’s super smooth and this color is awesome. We’re ordering all the colors, so they’ll be in stock soon! We’re also getting their splits so keep an eye out. Looking forward to trying the rest of the colors 👊 #graffiti

Another combo for the streets—Nitro 2G with a stock cap/pocket cap and the Burner Chrome with the NY Fat. The NY on the Burner sprayed fatter than it does on most cans making it a good choice for this can. It isn’t as fat as the Pink Dot that comes on it, so it’ll save a little paint. If you’re going big, the Pink Dot would be better. The Pocket Cap on the Nitro 2G sprays really nice. The high output of the Nitro can gave it a fat line while still keeping that stock cap look. I was also happy to see the Nitro didn’t get absorbed at all by the Burner Chrome. I’ve seen Nitro chrome absorb the black slightly so this is great for the streets. #graffiti

Color fades are classic for graff pieces and a good way to add some depth. They do complicate things a little since if you mess up you’re outline, it’s a pain in the ass to fix. You either have to nail the outline or embrace the wabi sabi shit and go with any fuck ups. Either way is cool. #graffiti
