🧾 Ingredients: 1 medium roasted sweet potato (about 1 cup mashed) 1 ripe banana 2 eggs 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour) 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of cinnamon Pinch of salt 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (70%+ cacao) 👨🍳 Instructions: Mash the roasted sweet potato and banana together. Mix in eggs, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in cocoa powder and almond flour until smooth. Fold in dark chocolate chips. Pour into a lined or greased 8x8 baking dish.
