My whole life front the day I can even remember , people would always tell me I’m too strong. This obviously put self doubt in a kid with so much confidence. Through life I learnt to only listen to myself and what I wanted. I wanted a body to perform fast, strong & powerful. A body to achieve great things and most of all I wanted was to be happy. Life is the biggest roller coaster. So many emotions, so many journeys and so many opportunities. Adapting is one of the biggest things I have learnt to get comfortable with in life. When life throws you an obstacle, how do you adapt and overcome? Being completely honest with you all, I have definitely had a rough road with injuries. I can’t remember the last time I was injured or in pain. I went from thinking athletics was my end goal, to completely running into this absolutely crazy life of opportunity. A life where I became a winter athlete! A life where I worked with my dream brands! A life where smiling so much my cheeks hurt! A life where I can inspire all of you! Don’t look back on life with regret or anger, look at the present & build upon the great future you have ahead. You all can be greater then you know 🤍
