Now? She’s a snuggly, hilarious, reality-TV-loving couch queen who’s learning to trust the world again 💛 Found at 26 lbs, she now weighs over 40 and can stand to gain a bit more! At home, she’s house-trained, crate-trained, and very into squeaky toys. Out in the world, she’s still catching up — like a puppy in an adult body. She’s working with trainers on building confidence, trusting new people, and coexisting around dogs. what we’ve been up to in the last week 🥹 Can’t lie I was defeated after our last vet visit, and some of the notes the vet wrote on her records were incredibly disheartening and quick snap judgements. With the help and guidance of my amazing friend and trainer Natasha @Connected & Unleashed we decided to switch vets, muzzle train and implement a new protocol for vet visits. It was soooo much smoother. We also had photos taken this week by @FIVE FREEDOMS PHOTOGRAPHY which I can’t wait to get back! You know when fosters say that sometimes fostering is hard?
