HOW TO GET RID OF A PIMPLE FAST + NO SCAR // My Korean gf put me onto this hack and it seriously works—gets rid of pimples fast and helps prevent scarring. I rarely break out, but when I do, this is my go-to routine: PHASE 1: • Double cleanse • Dab @VT Cosmetics US Reedle Shot Retin A on the pimple • Apply your serums and moisturizer Do this nightly until the pimple comes to a head and pops on its own. GLOW UP STEP 1: FERMENTED BERRY PROBIOTIC RECIPE BELOW // If you’re starting your beauty journey and don’t know where to begin, gut health is the first stop I recommend you make… So many of my past beauty issues could have been resolved sooner if I had addressed my gut health earlier. I spent six years on doxycycline prescribed by my dermatologist at the time, and it wrecked my gut health—along with all the drinking and processed foods I was consuming. After improving my gut health, I see the impact it has on my skin and take it seriously. (There was one time in 2019 when I had cow’s colostrum air-freighted overnight because I had read about its gut-healing abilities, lol.) I don’t drink colostrum anymore because it got too expensive, but I now eat this fermented probiotic berry mixture daily on an empty stomach and recommend it to anyone and everyone. FERMENTED PROBIOTIC RECIPE • 1 large bag of organic frozen berries • 2–3 S. Boulardii probiotic capsules DIRECTIONS: • Add berries to a medium pot with 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. • Once boiling, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes. • Turn off heat and let sit until fully cooled to room temperature. • Transfer berries to a large bowl. • Open 2–3 S. Boulardii capsules and sprinkle the contents onto the berries. • Cover and place the bowl in the oven. DO NOT turn the oven on—just turn on the oven light for a little warmth. • Remove after 36–48 hours. • Transfer to glass jars. Do not fill to the top; leave some space as fermented foods will expand. My current AM/PM routine below: AM 1. CLEANSE: Wipe face with @ALLIESOFSKIN Probiotic Mist sprayed on a cotton pad or @GarnierUSA Micellar Water
(depends what I have on hand, as I go through the Allies mist fast). 
 2. MASK: I’ve had to adjust my skincare routine for summer humidity. Some mornings I’ll do the @VT Cosmetics US Cica Daily Soothing Mask. It’s great to soothe breakouts (I’ve been getting a few with the warm weather/sweating). 
 3. ANTIOXIDANT: Niacinamide and copper peptides are my antioxidant protection of choice. I’m currently using @Slurp Laboratories Niacid followed by @alliesofskin Copper Tripeptides Serum. 
 4. MOISTURIZER: To help with summer heat breakouts, I’ve swapped my daytime moisturizer to the @vtcosmetics Garlic Gel Cream; it balances oil, soothes sensitized skin, and helps prevent new breakouts. 
 5. SUNSCREEN: Most days I’m running errands and just throw on the @Kosas DreamBeam SPF 40. It has really good mineral protection and gives me a hint of color to balance out my skin. I’ve already had to restock this spf twice because I go through it so fast. 
 PM 1. CLEANSE: I like to do a thorough cleansing at night starting with @garnierusa micellar water to remove makeup. Followed by the new @Dieux Skin oil cleanser which has become a fast favorite of mine and the @parnell Cicamanu Gel Cleanser. I’ll typically do these three 2x. 
 2. EXFOLIATE: I’ve moved up to using the @vtcosmetics PDRN Reedle Shot 100 nightly and love its ability to smooth texture and soothe redness. I ran out of my PDRN 100 serum and reedle shot at the same time, so decided to get the combo formula and am really enjoying it! I’ve also started to explore the other Reedle Shot mixes including the Reedle Shot Retin A 100 for on top of breakouts and it works so well to heal pimples fast! 
 3. SERUMS: These next four serums all work together well (nothing that counteracts each other) so I just apply them one after the other fast and massage everything in: VT Glucamune Serum for soothing and hydration, Allies of Skin Copper Tripeptide Serum for inflammation, Allies of Skin GF serum for fine lines and lifting, Slurp Laboratories Niacid for dark spots. 
 4. MOISTURIZER: After finishing up my VT Cosmetics Glucamune Cream, I switched over to their new PDRN Cream and love it! If I’m feeling extra, I’ll slug with the PDRN Balm (highly suggest this product if you are finding your skin a little dry from the reedle shot exfoliation). 
 5.
