Nonna’s biscotti portions are always huge 😂 #biscotti #coffee #italian #italianfood #nonna #Recipe #baking - 450g self raising flour - 6 eggs - 200g castor sugar - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1tsp vanilla extract - 2tbsp instant coffee Nescafé - 300g roasted almonds, cut 1. Beat eggs with sugar. 2. Add coffee, baking powder, vanilla and mix. Add almonds and mix. 3. Add flour and mix. It should be runny but not too liquidy. 4. Pour into a lined bread tin and smooth the top 5. Bake at 180C for 30mins 6. Remove from tin and let cool 7. Once completely cool, cut into thin slices 8. Bake again for 20mins at 180C
Nonna is back in her hometown and making pasta with her sisters 🧡🥹 #pasta #pastatiktok #italianfood #italian #cooking #EasyRecipe #fyp 🧡 Ingredients - 500g pasta - 500g pumpkin, diced - 1 onion, diced - Olive oil - 25g butter - 2tsp vegetable stock - Salt - 125ml cooking cream 🧡 Method - Dice pumpkin and onion. - Heat oil and melt butter in pan. Then add pumpkin, onion, a pinch of salt and veggie stock. Stir and cook for 15 mins or until pumpkin is soft. - Blend. Pour back in pan and add a bit of water. - Add cream and cook for 5 mins stirring often. - Cook pasta in salted water. - Drain pasta and place back in pot - Add pumpkin sauce and mix. - Serve with extra sauce on top and cheese

Sprinkle salt on both sides and let sit for 1h. Beat 5 eggs, 3tbsp pecorino or Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic (halved for taste) and pepper in a bowl. Dip eggplant slices in plain flour, egg mixture and then breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until both sides are golden. Nice to eat plain or dipped in pesto sauce

Add lemon zest, lemon juice and mix. Add sugar and mix then add melted butter, vanilla and almond essence, baking powder and mix. Add self raising flour and mix together. Add flour to bench top and put pastry on top then roll into a log. Cut a medium sized piece off and roll into a long rope. Then cut in the middle and place on top of each other and twist. Cut in the middle then make each twisted rope piece into a small circle by joining the start and end together. Bake at 180C for 25-30mins. Once cool, dip in lemon glaze before serving. Glaze: Mix 1/2 cup icing sugar with the juice of half a lemon.

Add baccalà and cook for 5 mins. Add white wine and let it cook off. - Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 mins. - Toast breadcrumbs in fry pan with a little bit of oil until golden - Cook pasta in salted water. Add a ladel of pasta water to pan with baccalà. - Drain pasta and add to fry pan. - Add parsley and stir. - Serve with breadcrumbs sprinkled on top.
