#ad These Focaccia Muffins are so cute and will be a hit over the festive season. They’re the perfect personal size and turn out crunchy with a soft texture. I've used my classic no knead focaccia dough which is crazy easy to make! You can then get creative with different toppings, I’ve added pesto, rosemary and salt, along with cherry tomatoes and olives as some of my favourites. I’ve used GLAD WRAP to wrap the focaccia dough, keeping it protected, airtight and sealed while it’s proofing in the fridge. The GLAD WRAP has a core locking system which keeps the roll in place and makes it easy to dispense. It also keeps the food fresh and protects it from spoilage, dust and bugs and I know it won't let me down when it comes to storing or transporting the focaccia muffins to family and friends when enjoying the moments that matter together this Christmas.
