Spicy Rigatoni + good music = the perfect vibe while cooking🍝🎶 • • • • • • OC: @The Rapping Chef 🎤👨🏾‍🍳 Ingredients:     •    10 oz rigatoni (or pasta of choice)     •    2 tbsp olive oil or butter     •    3 cloves garlic, minced     •    1 shallot, finely chopped (or ¼ small onion as a substitute)     •    ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)     •    ¼ cup tomato paste     •    ¼ cup vodka (for deglazing, cooks off)     •    ¾ cup heavy cream     •    ¼ cup reserved pasta water (adjust for consistency)     •    2 tbsp butter (for finishing)     •    Salt & black pepper to taste     •    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)     •    Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)
