dreaming abt this today 🥹 📍 TENKAICHI Japanese bbq TBH I usually prefer kbbq just because I sometimes find yakiniku rather bland but this totally changed my perspective! I loveee that they have sauces for you to “marinate” your meat in before cooking it on the grill, it rlly helps add so much delicious flavour to the alr high quality meat. My fav marinade was the miso one! The mala was surprisingly good too. At buffets, I always go for the beef, sashimi and pork - and those 3 did not disappoint here. The wagyu cuts were especially delicious - esp for a buffet where I usually assume the quality isn’t that great. The wagyu had perfect marbling which resulted in the meat just melting in my mouth 🤤 the sashimi was also rlly fresh!! I was invited here for a tasting but my family and I have come here on our own before because it’s rlly just yummy! They specialise in wagyu beef yakiniku, and offer Deluxe and Premium Yakiniku Buffets (prices start from $49.9++) with free flow Wagyu Beef (imported from Kagoshima, Hokkaido, USA & AUS).
