Instead of labeling foods as healthy and unhealthy, I prefer to teach her about balance and variety. I want her to have a positive relationship with food, so I focus more on how different foods make our bodies feel and give us energy. For example, when we cook together, I talk about how certain foods help us grow strong, give us energy to recover from a cold, or are good for our muscles and bones. I also teach her that we can eat all kinds of foods, but some are for everyday meals, while others are more for special moments. My goal is for her to grow up without fear or guilt around food, but with the ability to make good choices naturally. ❤️
2024 was so much fun! We loved taking our daughter along on our trips and hope to keep it this way in the next years 🩷 #2024recap #2025 #nye #newyear #travelingwithkids
