I don’t post my workouts often but I have been in the gym for the past months and this is the most consistent I’ve ever been! I feel the difference and see the difference in so many aspect of my everyday life. My sleeping habits are better, I’m making sure I stay up on eating a lot better, way less alcohol consumption, I seeing more muscle definition and notice me getting stronger. And I actually enjoy getting up and going to the gym! I post my days, my gym outfit links and what supplements I take as well on Snapchat so follow me on there. My Snapchat is in bio!
