Replying to @Diana.Okhmak High protein brownies without protein powder 🍫 Macros (one brownie): 111 cals, 7P, 13C, 3F Macros (whole batch): 667 cals, 40P, 81C, 18.5F Ingredients: -65g all purpose flour -20g unsweetened cocoa powder -20g powdered peanut butter -3g baking powder -pinch of salt -60g @lakanto Monkfruit sweetener -1 egg -40g egg whites -120g nonfat Greek yogurt -15g light margarine -20g mini chocolate chips Directions: -Preheat the oven to 350F -Mix all the ingredients together; I added half the chocolate chips into the batter last, then saved the other half for on top -Spray a 6x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and pour the batter in -Bake for 20-22 mins, then let cool for a few mins and slice into 6 brownies -Enjoy 😍🍫 #highprotein #lowcalorie #macrofriendly #proteinbrownie #proteinbrownies
