Meringue cookies 3 egg white (large egg) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2  teaspoon distilled white vinegar Heat the oven at 200 degrees. Line parchment paper and cookie trays. Place egg whites in a stand mixer bowl fitted with a whisk and whip until stiff peaks hold about 1-2 minutes and meringue does not slide out when bowl is turned upside. Add in sugar, vanilla, and vinegar. Increase speed and whip until mixture forms 2 minutes in medium speed. Add the coloring in and mix for another minute. When you the meringue is free of sugar grits how will you know is when you rubbed between two fingers and no sandy feeling and the meringue holds stiff and glossy peaks, lThen In a pastry bag or zip lock large bag put the mixer in it and pipe into a heart shape on the cookie tray with parchment paper on. Viral Dubai Chocolate Bars 1 cup Kunafa (kataifi) dough 2 tablespoon melted ghee or butter 1/2 cup pistachio butter 1 cup chocolate, dark, white or milk chocolate Cut the Kunafa dough into small pieces. Added it to a bowl and add the butter mix it around and then put it into the oven at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes until it’s golden brown. Remove it from the oven and let it cold then start melting chocolate into 30 second increments in the microwave until it’s melted. Or you can double boil it over the oven until it’s melted. Mix together the pistachio butter, toasted Kunafa dough and pistachios in a bowl. Using a chocolate candy mold, clean it really well with a cloth and add some of the melted chocolate. Spread it out evenly around and put it into the fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes until it hardens up then take it out and fill it up with pistachio filling in the rest of the chocolate on top. Cinnamon rolls recipe 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup of warm milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon of yeast 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 heavy whipping cream 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 room butter room temperature 2 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 cup warm heavy whipping cream In a large bowl put the warm milk and yeast let it sit for 10 minutes. The mix in sugar, salt, eggs and butter salt. Finally add the flour mix for a minute and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then let it mix for 7-8 minutes until the dough is smooth and soft, but If the dough is to sticky add more de flour 1/4 cup each time until it feels like play dough. When the dough feels right use the oil on your hand knead in few more time and allow the dough to rest in a warm area covered with a warm towel for an 1 hour. In a bowl brown sugar, butter, Cinnamon mix until it’s combined. Set this aside. Once your dough has rised put a little bit of flour on the counter top and place the dough down and spread the dough into a large rectangle then spread the cinnamon all over your dough. Roll up the door and then use either a string or a knife and cut them into 1 1/2-2 inches thick. Place the dough in a warm place and allow it to rise for another 30 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup of warm heavy whipping cream right on top of the cinnamon rolls. Then preheat the oven to 375°, place the cinnamon rolls in the oven for 23-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the over let them rest or if you like me eat the while there hot and pour the cream cheese mixture on top. You can grate the butter or you can just put it in. Mix with your hands until the then flour is flaky. Add the hot water and mix with your hands for 2-3 minutes until the dough is nice and smooth. Allow the dough to rest for about 15 minutes. Now make the dough into 2 inch dough balls then roll the dough make sure there’s enough flour in the counter it helps the dough to spread or use a tortilla press into a flat dough, Heat up your skillet or your pan to about medium low heat spray a little bit of oil spray. Once it’s hot go ahead and put the tortilla bread onto the pan and let it sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute then you’re going to flip it to the other side and even notice it will be a very light golden brown in certain spots. Sombosa/Samosa 1 small onion chopped up 3/4 lb coarse ground beef 3 potato chopped up small cubes Salt and pepper for taste Seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon allspice A few strands of cilantro cut up into small pieces SpringRoll wraps 2 tablespoons Water 2 tablespoons flour Corn oil or vegetable for cooking On top of the stove in a small sauce pan cook your onions until it’s nice and soft then add in your beef once it’s cooked then add in your potatoes. Allowed to cook for a few minutes then add and salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix the flour and water in a bowl. Using spring rolls, fold one end to the other like a triangle, then but adding that flour and water mix to glue it, then take the long corners and fold them over each other. Brush the flour mixture and fill them up like a cone, fold in the two smallest pointy corners on top of the filling mixture, and the longus part of the triangle brush a little bit of the flour mixture on it, and fold it right on top to close it. Pita Bread 3 1/4 cups of all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups of warm water 1 tablespoon yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon olive oil In a large bowl put the water, yeast, sugar, oil and let it sit for 10 minutes then add the flour and salt. Mix the dough either by hand or mixer for 4 minutes. Put the little bit of olive oil in a bowl place the dough in the bowl making sure the oil is lightly glazed with the oil and allow the dough to rest in a warm area covered with a warm towel for 2 hours. Once it raises remove from the now place it on top of a lightly floured surface and cut the dough into ball shape.. Place that in the oven or warm area for another 20 minutes to rise. Put flour on top of the counter and then start rolling them into flat circles like a disk. Let them rise for another 15 minutes. When you’re ready to cook them heat up the pan on a medium heat for about two minutes spray it with a little bit of oil spray, but clean it off with a napkin. Do you want it to be very light go ahead and put the into the pan for about one minute, then flip it over for another minute. If it’s too late, then keep it on the pan for another minute on each side you’ll notice it start to fluff up and if there’s air pockets use the back of the spatula to help it rise remove from the pan and cover it with a towel once you’re all done eat them right away and these can last up to 2 to 3 days. Dubai Cheese Bomb Recipe 1/2 pack kunafa dough 1/4 cup ghee or butter 1 cup pistachio paste/butter 3/4 cup cream cheese 2 tablespoons powdered sugar optional 1 cup chopped chocolate 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream Cut up kunafa dough, put it in a pot with the key or butter and cook it until it’s brown, then let it cool down. Fastest way is to put it in the fridge. If the pistachio paste is already creamy, you don’t have to melt it. If it’s hard and put it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to 20 seconds. Then edit into the ball with the Kunafa dough and mix it all around.. you can use any kind of molds. I use little bowls about 3 inches wide at plastic wrap into the bowl. If you’re going to use the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, mix it now otherwise go and mix the cream cheese and then make them into a ball good enough to fit in the middle of the bowl. Fill up the bowl with the pistachio paste play the cream cheese ball in the middle of the bowl and it should just fit then close it up with the wrap and put it in the fridge until it hardens up. Meanwhile, heat up the heavy whipping cream for about a minute. Put your chocolate into the heavy cream and let us there about 3 to 4 minutes. Mix it around until it looks like thick chocolate. Red Velvet Cake Pops 3 eggs 1 cup water 1/2 cup oil 1 box red velvet cake mix 12 oz package of white chocolate or candy melts 24-30 sticks or straws Preheat the oven to 350° In a bowl add the eggs, water, oil and cake mix. Mix it for a few minutes until there’s no clumps in the cake. I prefer using an 8 inch round baking pan spray with nonstick spray and pour the cake mix right into. Put it in the oven for about 25 to 28 minutes. Don’t overbake it. Right when it comes out, put it into a stand mixer while still hot. Start mixing it because of the heat from the hot cake. This will work out perfectly to bind the Cake Pops together. You’ll notice it’ll start to clump up into a large ball. That’s perfect. Take them out either using your hand or scooper start scooping these roll them into a nice perfect size ball and put them into the freezer or into the fridge if you put them in the freezer and you wanna use them for later on these last up to three months in a Ziploc bag or put them in the fridge for a couple of hours or the freezer if you’re using them right away. Once they’ve harden up and they’re cold, take them out of the fridge or the freezer and starting to stick on one end. Melt the white chocolate and 30 second increments until they’re completely melted usually mix the chocolate every time the 30 seconds are up. It should take a total of 1 1/2 minutes to melt the white chocolate. Once the yeast foams up in the bowl Add both flours and salt into a stand mixer or by hand. Mix for about 5 to 7 minutes.Place the dough somewhere warm so it can raise for 1 hour. The dough doubled in size, take it out of the bowl and into long logs. Start rolling them out not to thin and long I would say about 18 to 20 inches long and cut them into pieces. In a bowl 2 cups warm water and 2 tablespoons baking soda dip them in the warm water of baking soda on both sides and put them into them back on the tray.. Preheat your oven at 450°. Homemade KanufaA/Kataifi Dough Recipe 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup corn starch Pinch of salt 1 cup water Piping bag or Ziploc bag In a bowl, sift the flower in the cornstarch at the salt mix it around, then add in the water mix it until there’s no clump using a strainer or sifter strain out all of the batter into another cup or a bowl. Fill up a piping bag halfway and cut a small tiny tip at the bottom. Heat your pan on a low heat. When you’re ready start in a circle and go all the way out. Be careful you don’t want clumps of the batter or it’ll be too thick. Leave it on for about 10 seconds no longer and remove. It should literally glide off of the pan. Repeat this until you have no more bad or left. You can toast it in the almond at 350° for about 15 to 20 minutes until it’s golden brown or you can put some butter into a pan and you have your very own Kunafa dough. Ghee or Clarify Butter 4 lbs of butter any brand works salted 2 tablespoons Bulgur or cracked wheat In a large pot start with the butter melting. Bring to a boil watch as the butter rises, reduce heat and bring to a boil again keep this on the fire for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Once it start to clear up you add the bulgur or cracked wheat for 30 minutes. The reason why I add the cracked wheat is to remove any moisture or water from the butter. Remove from the stove and allow it to cool down for about 3 to 4 hours put it right into a jar allow it to harden up to a thick yellow overnight once it’s solid once cover it and put away. Clean the cauliflower and I like to leave them like florettes rats fried these altogether for about 3 to 4 minutes, the potatoes for about five minutes. A small pot out in the bouillon cubes with some salt and water and have it come to a boil.
