Here’s how to determine whether you need a regular conditioner or deep conditioner next wash day! Ask yourself these 3 things: 1. How early am I in my curl transformation? The earlier you are, the more likely you’ll need a deep conditioner. 2. When is the last time I used a deep conditioner? If you just used one last wash day, reach for a regular conditioner. 3.
