I CAN’T WAIT! 🙋🏻‍♀️ ✨RECIPE ✨ -500g Chicken, diced -2 tbsp Oil -1 tbsp Red Curry Paste -300g Green beans, cut into thirds -2 tsp Fish sauce -1 tbsp Sugar -5 Kaffir lime leaves 1) In a bowl, marinate the chicken with fish sauce and set aside for 15 mins. 2) Set your wok on high heat, add oil and add the marinated chicken. 3) Spread them out so they cook evenly. Sear for 2 minutes, then toss. 4) When the chicken is almost cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. 5) In the same wok, add the red curry paste and fry until it releases all its oils. Add a splash of water to loosen the curry paste. 6) Add back your chicken, green beans and kaffir lime leaves, followed by the fish sauce (to taste) and sugar. 7) Keep stir-frying until well combined and the chicken is cooked through. 8) Serve with rice and enjoy! #TheWhiteLotus #Thairecipe #padprikking #stirfryrecipe #dublinfoodie #irishfoodie #irishfoodblogger #irishfoodblog
