‼️PLEASE ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH! I only trust certain brands and make sure there’s a gluten free certification on anything that includes wheat starch! Not everything that has wheat starch is gluten free. A certain process needs to be done for the gluten to be removed properly. Schär & King Arthur have some gluten free products with gluten-free wheat starch! It does make the baked goods have a more gluten-like texture but not everyone is comfortable with trying it! Who else has tried GF wheat starch based products? #celiac #glutenfree
